We get a lot of questions about how long it will take to get cords delivered after an order is placed, and so we have created this page to help our customers resolve some of their concerns. How do I submit a purchase order? - The easiest way is to place your order normally on the website. When asked for your credit card, click the button to pay with purchase order instead and enter your official PO number from the school. We only accept official school PO's.

What if I don't have a PO number yet? - Where you would put your PO number, put instead 'Waiting for PO#' and a note in the comments box when you expect to have the PO. Your order will not ship until we have an official PO. If you are in a time crunch and need an exception, call our customer support number and we can call your school to verify the order.

When will my order ship? - Weekday orders that are received before 3:00 PM, Mountain Time, will be shipped out (in almost every case) on the same day that the order is placed. Orders on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the Monday following the order. We can often accommodate orders that come in later, but especially if you need expedited shipping, getting orders in earlier makes the process work more smoothly for everyone.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order the day it is placed, we may upgrade the shipping method if necessary to ensure delivery in the requested period of time. If we have reason to suspect your order may not arrive in time, we may attempt to contact you using the phone or email information you submitted with your order.

Can I get product customization? - We offer customization of embroidered or screen printed text or images for stoles or tshirts even on orders for individuals. You can also request customization of colors or styles for any product ordered in quantities of 100 or more. Custom products must be paid upfront and are nonrefundable.

Custom print or embroidery will usually only add a week to your order delivery timeframe. Orders requiring custom manufacturing will be shipped approximately 3 weeks after the order is placed, although at peak times we may not be able to ship for up to 6 weeks. If you placed your order late or are in a hurry, call us to see what our current turn-around time looks like.

How long will it take for my graduation products to arrive? - We have several shipping options available, depending on your needs. Shipping estimates begin the business day after your order is placed.

Is the product that I need in stock/available? - We try to keep our checkout process up-to-date with any necessary info relating to lack of availability. If a product is out of stock, you should see a warning message during the checkout process. Availability is usually not an issue. In-stock items will usually be shipped the same day the order is placed (see 'When will my order ship?', above).

Is there any kind of shipping guarantee? - While we can't control all the factors involved in the process of getting our graduation products to our customers, we will do our best to make sure that your order arrives on time for your graduation. If something goes wrong on our end and your cords arrive after graduation (we would need to confirm through shipping tracking information that the package did not arrive in the specified amount of time), we can usually offer a full refund if you return the cords to us promptly within 7 business days of receipt.

We cannot offer refunds for packages that arrive late due to issues that occur if we can confirm the package has been delivered before your event by UPS or USPS.

How do you handle returns? - We are unable to accept returns of used products. If you are dissatisfied with an unused product for any reason, we are happy to accept returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us before the refund can be processed. We are unable to refund the shipping portion of the order cost for non-defective products.

If the products arrive damaged, we need to be notified of that within 5 business days of confirmed receipt, and the product must be returned within 10 business days of receipt. We may require that the product be returned to us before a refund will be processed. We can accept returns of defective items in the broader, 30 day window, but are unable to refund the shipping portion and customers must handle the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Customers who do not allow enough time for products to arrive when selecting a shipping option are not entitled to any kind of refund. Custom orders are not refundable for any reason.
